By using RepsDesk you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the product.

What RepsDesk is

RepsDesk is a practice tool that runs AI mock interviews and returns feedback for educational purposes. It is not career, financial, legal, or investment advice. Scores, ratings, and "readiness" signals are calibrated guidance, not a promise of any outcome — passing a mock does not guarantee any interview result, offer, or job.

Eligibility & accounts

RepsDesk is for university students and other adults (16+). Sign-in is passwordless via a one-time link sent to your email; you're responsible for keeping access to that inbox. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate anyone.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the question bank or model answers.
• Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass the AI or rate limits, and don't use automated tools against the service.
• Don't create multiple accounts or otherwise game the leaderboard; ranked results found to be manipulated may be removed.
• Don't upload other people's personal data, and only paste a resume that is your own.

No affiliation with firms or schools

RepsDesk is independent. Bank, firm, and school names are used nominatively — to describe the kind of interview you're practicing for and to make it realistic. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, and we don't reproduce their logos or imagery.

Your content & our content

Your answers and resume remain yours. You grant us permission to process them to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). The interview engine, question bank, scoring rubric, and site are our intellectual property.

AI-generated feedback

Feedback is generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or occasionally wrong. Treat it as practice, verify facts independently, and use your own judgment.

Availability, warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is" and may change or be unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepsDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for recruiting outcomes, arising from your use of the product.

Termination

You can stop using RepsDesk and delete your data at any time (Settings, or by emailing us). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
